Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that she was forcibly taken by the petitioner and other accused persons in a hotel where she was given intoxicated water as a result of which she became unconscious and after that the petitioner took her at different places but in the meantime, her father came and took her with him. Victim has, nowhere, stated about ill-treatment meted out at the hand of the petitioner except so-called kidnapping. Victim was found major by the learned Magistrate who recorded her statement. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge V,
