JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-08-2020 Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and in view of the above, the present writ petition has become infructuous. He submits that the Court may observe that the respondents may take care of the unpaid salary of the petitioner. It goes without saying that it is the responsibility of the respondents to ensure payment of lawful dues of the petitioner at the earliest.
If so advised, the petitioner may file representation before the appropriate authority, who shall examine the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation along with a copy of this order.
