BAJANTHRI) 05-10-2023 Pursuant to the previous order, on 27.09.2023, Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna, has communicated the decision that there is no encroachment in the community hall as alleged by the petitioner. To that effect there is compliance.
2. However, copy of the show cause along with the documents are not made available to the petitioner on behalf of the State-Respondents. Therefore, the State counsel is directed to serve the copy of the show cause along with the documents to
Patna High Court MJC No.539 of 2021(4) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 the petitioner during the course of the day.
3. With the above observations, the present M.J.C./ Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the validity of the communication dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure- 'C' to the show cause dated 3rd October, 2023).
