JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 10012 of 2019, the Joint Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has issued a notification dated 27.09.2023, according to which the petitioner has been found to be not entitled to grant of the benefits of MACP, hence it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 03.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 10012 of 2019, has stood complied with, however, while granting liberty to the

Patna High Court MJC No.540 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 petitioner to assail the aforesaid notification dated 27.09.2023, to the extent it adversely affects the petitioner, by taking recourse to the due process of law, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present contempt petition.
