ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Kothi P.S. case No.52 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the S.D.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya.
Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner levelled in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. For which reason, he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Gaya, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
