The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offences punishable under sections 376/34 of the I.P.C and sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act. Allegedly, Nitish Paswan committed sexual assault with the informant and thereafter the petitioner also came there and he also committed rape upon her and both caused threats to kill her.

Submission is of false implication and that no such occurrence has taken place, to which the learned A.P.P. duly assisted by the learned counsel for the informant opposes prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8828 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 for bail by submitting that the informant is minor. Considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner serious in nature, this Court is not persuaded to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with S. Tr. No. 38 of 2015 arising out of Manpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 pending in the court of A.D.J. 1st, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
