JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the relevant authorities for grant of promotion on the ground that similarly situated persons have already been granted the benefit of fixation of pay-scale upon promotion.
Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioners,
Patna High Court CWJC No.1141 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the relevant authorities and in case they approach the relevant authorities within a period of four weeks from today, the said authority shall examine the case of the petitioners and take appropriate decision within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
