Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Matihani P.S.Case No.63 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be Gotani of the informant. There is allegation that she tried to set her on fire. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that such allegation has been made but later on she retracted about the said statement stating that such statement has not been made by the informant.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1890 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or su2020rrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Juned Alam , J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.Case No.63 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
