The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 171, 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code. On the information that the miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity one Scorpio vehicle was intercepted from which four persons including the petitioner were apprehended while two co-accused managed to escape from the scene. From the vehicle one ample sedative and syringe with needle, cheque of HDFC Bank and dress of CRPF were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is not made from the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 813 of 2014.
