2. The present restoration petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.5384 of 2021, which has been dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 03.09.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No.5384 of 2021, whereby defects were directed to be removed.

3. Considering the averments made in the present restoration petition, the present restoration petition is allowed
