2. The present restoration petition has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.22913 of 2019, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 21.11.2019, whereby two weeks time was allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defect.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the present M.J.C. petition, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No.22913 of 2019 is restored to its original file.

4. The time granted vide order dated 21.11.2019 in C.W.J.C. No.22913 of 2019 is further extended for two weeks from today.
