The petitioner has preferred this application for modification of the order dated 18.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 79336 of 2019 whereby the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case no. 293 of 2019.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record the receipt in evidence of having deposited a sum of Rs. 5,000/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee in compliance of the direction of this Court as contained in order dated 29.7.2021. Further, a copy of the petitioner's Aadhar Card

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12029 of 2021(3) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 has also been brought on record with the supplementary affidavit.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties the application is allowed. Let the description of the petitioner in the aforesaid order dated 18.2.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 79336 of 2019 be read as the following :- "Ravindra Prasad son of Late Deocharan Bhagat, resident of Janipur Chakmanjhi, Police Station Janipur, District Patna."

The time granted in the aforesaid order dated 18.2.2021 directing the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by four weeks from today. Remaining part of the order dated 18.2.2020 shall remain unchanged. Prakash/- (Partha Sarthy, J) U
