Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.157 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
