JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. From the prosecution case, it appears that an altercation took place between the informant side and accused side over quarrel between the children of the two families. It is alleged that the petitioner, having Dabia in his hand, assaulted the informant and his son causing injuries on their heads. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no injury caused by sharp cutting weapon has been found during course of medical examination.
