In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 298 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 302, 376, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 of the POSCO Act.

In this case, there is an allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons committed rape on nine years' victim girl and later on killed her.

This Court is not satisfied with the submission of the counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer after framing of the charge.
