The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Marauna P. S. Case No.35 of 2018 registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering inordinate and unexplained delay of 29 days in instituting the first information report as also that the petitioner is a neighbour of the informant having no criminal antecedent and the main allegation is against one Jitan Yadav, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
