JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.102 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 8/20 (b)(ii)(c) of N.D.P.S. Act. Taking into consideration the contents of the case diary, which shows the involvement of the petitioner, in a NDPS case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
