In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present petitioner is the informant. He has made allegation against three persons namely Maharaj Bhagat, Nandan Bhagat and Indardev Bhagat. During investigation, it came to the light that the petitioner has killed his father along with accused Dipak Tiwary and others, on account of, father entered into second marriage and there was dispute with respect to the landed property.
