The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband.

The prayer of petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 13.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6582 of 2015.

Sri Umakant Shukla, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that informant and other witnesses have already been examined but they did not support the prosecution case. It appears from the perusal of the order of the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari that informant and I.O. are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8216 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 yet to be examined and the case is likely to be concluded very soon.

Since the trial itself is at the fag end, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within two months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
