The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended by the police and upon search, one loaded country made pistol along with one cartridge were recovered from the person of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.06.2018. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one another case, but he is on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2591 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 bail in that case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018.
