Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the daughter of the informant. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3874 of 2020(3) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
