Petitioner happens to be cousin elder brother-in-law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, it was husband of the deceased who had made illegal demand. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 17.1.2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Agnihotri, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Aurangabad
