This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17991 of 2019 whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four months from the date of the said order but he could not surrender in time.

For the reasons stated in the application seeking modification, the same is allowed and the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below by order
