The dispute involved in this case can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA").

In this view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the concerned Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, ("LARRA") within 30 days from today and thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed of within six months from today by Land Acquisition

Patna High Court CWJC No.3395 of 2016(2) dt.01-11-2022 2/2 Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"), in accordance with law after hearing the parties. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applicability of Land Acquisition Act, 1894/ Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is also the question which can be decided by concerned authority. Considering the aforesaid submission, "LARRA" is directed to decide all the questions raised by the petitioner including applicability of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
