The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Jamui (Aadarsh) P.S.Case No. 346 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioners is that the sister of the informant was married with Jai Kumar Singh @ Appu in the year, 2011 and due to some dispute, she was residing in her Maike but the said Jai Kumar Singh came along with his sister and brother-in-law and taken her to his house but later on, sister of the informant informed that she was assaulted badly and after some time the petitioners informed that she was not available in the house, which creates doubt that the petitioners have killed the sister of the informant and disposed

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner No.1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are married sister-in-law ( Nanad) and petitioner No. 4 brother-in-law( Nandoi) and sister of the informant was previously married with one Sunil Chawla and after extorting money she had taken divorce from him on 22.02. 2008 and they have no criminal antecedents.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamui (Aadarsh) P.S.Case No. 346 of 2017, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
