JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-03-2022 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10387 of 2021 by which the petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion and paragraph No.-1 of the bail application name of the police station was wrongly typed as 'Bakhraj' which should have been read as 'Baruraj' and accordingly, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 23.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10387 of 2021.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order dated
