JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 regarding grant of first A.C.P. and second M.A.C.P. and the respondent no. 3 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of the said representation within a period of four weeks thereafter.

In case any consequential benefit is found payable, the
