2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2014 in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No. 206/2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There was interaction between the petitioner and so called victim lady. She had voluntarily accompanied the petitioner.

Having regard to the deposition of the informant's wife recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has stated that she was forcibly taken to Rajasthan by the petitioner, who wanted to
