2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2014 in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, as in fact, his wife had not been keeping good health for the past two years and resultantly died. Other co-accused, parents of the petitioner, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 44825 of 2014. The informant has also filed a compromise petition
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6342 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition, stands, dismissed.
