Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul Jadiya P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against the prosecution party. There is land dispute between the parties.

Accordingly, let the above named, petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
