The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 registered under Sections 376(1)/506 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is In-charge, Head Master of the Middle School situated near the house of the informant. On the date of occurrence, he approached the informant for water, at that time, husband of the informant came there and started to quarrel with the petitioner and due to that reason, he has been implicated in this false case of rape. It is also submitted that there is also deference about the occurrence as narrated by the informant in her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7700 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 statement in the first information report and in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. It is also submitted that Doctor has not found any sign of rape. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014.
