The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 443 of 2021 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to oblique motive. Further submission is that the alleged motorcycle from where the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered does not belong to the petitioner. The owner of the alleged motorcycle has also been made an accused in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 443 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
