JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, one looted card of co-operative society was recovered from the house of the petitioner but admittedly, neither cash nor any looted ornaments were recovered form possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has criminal antecedent but up till now he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 340 of 2014.
