JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 It is submitted by counsel for the State that relief sought in the instant writ petition is for promotion to the petitioners, as Plant Protection Supervisor.

Petitioners' case is that their juniors had been granted promotion ignoring their claim. Counter affidavit discloses that process of preparation of final gradation list was going on and subsequent thereto a decision on confirmation or promotion is to

Petitioners' counsel submits that further development has taken place. He has instruction that promotion has finally been granted under order dated 11.12.2018 by memo no. 1001 issued by Director, Agriculture, Bihar but he submits that the petitioners may be granted liberty to agitate their claim, if the same is not in accordance with law.

With the liberty aforesaid, writ petition is disposed off.
