This Court finds that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner so as to rebut the aforesaid submissions put forth by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with, thus the present petition stands disposed off.
