The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the petitioner along with others has been figured in the F.I.R. mere on suspicion. After recovery of the dead body of brother-in-law of the informant on 26.09.2014, the Police got recorded the statement of Sakaldeo Yadav on 02.10.2014, after six days and only stated that petitioner along with other co-accused persons had been seen carrying away the dead body of the deceased on the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7746 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 occurrence but he was threatened not to disclose their name of the said occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.10.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2014.
