In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 682 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that son of the informant had gone on motor cycle along with this petitioner. When they did not return, she got an information that her son has met with an accident whereupon she went to search the victim boy who was found by the side of the national highway. When the victim was brought the hospital, he was declared dead.

From the case diary primarily it appears that the victim died on account of accident. The Police has not come out

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4397 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 with the cause of death of the victim.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 682 of 2014.
