The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 361 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,412,413,414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 (1-B) a , 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is an accused of eight criminal cases. Considering the same, the application for bail is dismissed.

The District Judge, Bettiah is directed to transfer all
