JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner had submitted his mark-sheet for the purpose of appointment to the post of Assistant Technical Manager in the district of East Champaran. He had submitted the original documents of having passed intermediate examination from Bihar Intermediate Council with 647/100. The members of the counseling team inquired about the said mark-sheet upon which the petitioner is said to have accepted that he is high

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that if the petitioner is allowed to remain in jail any further, his whole career will be ruined. In view of the submissions made above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chhatauni P.S.
