The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bargainia P.S. Case No. 142 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners killed the aunt of informant for property. It is submitted that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Only on suspicion petitioners have been made accused in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased was widow and issueless lady and in order to grab her property this false case has been lodged against petitioners and family members who are relatives (in-laws) of the deceased.
