The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsha Raj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2014 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the I.P.C.
The accusation is that two persons came on the motorcycle and snatched the bag of the informant containing cash of Rs. 15000/- and on raising alarm by the informant, the petitioner was apprehended in fleeing condition. On search, he was found in possession of one bag containing Cash Rs. 15,000/- and pass book.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7805 of 2015 (3) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 this case mere on suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.10.2014. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsha Raj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be close relative/parents of the petitioner.
