2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayaramnagar P.S. Case No. 207 of 2023 dated 25.08.2023 registered under Sections 379, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application, bringing on record the details with respect to the name of the truck owner, which was apprehended with stone chips and whether any confiscation case has been initiated by the Mines Department.
