From the house of the petitioner one robbed motorcycle was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house and the investigation has already concluded. The petitioner is never involved in similar nature of offence though accused in a case registered under Arms Act.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
