The petitioner is accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 626 of 2015, registered under Section 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is allegation of kidnapping of daughter of the informant, namely, Priyanka Kumari, against the co-accused Niti Thakur. In course of investigation, mother, brother and villager of the victim stated in their statements that this petitioner also helped to Niti Thakur in the kidnapping of Priynaka Kumari, except that there is nothing against the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9265 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 since 31.12.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 626 of 2015.
