While informant, Lalan Manjhi along with his maternal father-in-law, Munarik Manjhi (deceased) were drinking at the place of Ramdhani Manjhi, it has been alleged that Bandho Manjhi followed by Manoj Manjhi, Dhanraj Manjhi, Lalan Manjhi, Parvesh Manjhi and Bikram Manjhi armed with Lathi and Danda came and began to give indiscriminate blow over both of them causing severe injuries upon them. They were shifted to hospital where during course of treatment, Munarik Manjhi died. From the postmortem report, it is apparent that out of four, three injuries were found over the head of deceased while one at forearm and that happens to be the cause of death while informant had sustained four injuries out of which injury no.2 on account of

No.17030 of 2015 (3) dt.13-05-2016 fracture of humerus has been found grievous in nature while remaining simple, that too, carrying against the accused in omnibus nature, on account thereof, petitioners, namely, Manoj Manjhi and Dhanraj Manjhi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. S.Q.H.
