Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

One country-made Katta and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 23-112015. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; he was remanded in near about 7 cases, which had been lodged against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10906 of 2016 (3) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 unknown persons. It is further pointed out by him that when the petitioner was arrested in the present case, the I.O. manipulated and got remanded the petitioner in all the above-said seven cases. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 361 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
