Two bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as two cases arise in Vishambhar Pur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, registered under Sections 302/34. 120 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is direct allegation of firing against the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47297 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 47297 of 2014 who have shot fired upon the son of the informant by which he succumbed to injury. So far names of the petitioners Bhola @ Amrendra Yadav @ Amrender Kumar Yadav and Prashuram Yadav @ Prashuram Yadav in Cr. Misc. No. 8564 of 2015 have not finds place in the First Information Report, though, informant claimed to be eye witness to the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 8564 of 2015 are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.B. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Bishwambharpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, G.R. No. 2678 of 2014.

So far prayer for bail of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 47297 of 2014 is rejected at this stage.
