for review of the order dated 16th July 2018 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dinesh Kumar Singh in CWJC No. 404 of 2018 and for re-hearing the matter as the order under challenge was passed without impleading the review petitioners and 71 landless previous persons have constructed

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition to approach an appropriate forum.
