The petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48244 of 2018 (Annexure-1) in connection with CBI Case No. RC 24 (A) of 2014 (Special Case No. 09 of 2014). The petitioner did not surrender and furnish bail bond in pursuance of that order.

Now prayer is for extension of time.

Prayer is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.1000/- (rupees one thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund. The receipt shall be produced at the time of furnishing bail bond within four weeks from today, by way of last chance. Let this order be communicated to the court of learned CBI Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with CBI Case No. RC 24 (A) of 2014 (Special Case No. 09 of 2014).
