The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. So far as petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are concerned, learned counsel submits that they have already returned the entire amount and so far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are the Cashier and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5413 of 2020(3) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 Assistant of the Bank. He submits that the entire case is based on audit report.
He further submits that the Manager of the Bank and other Associates have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court.
In order to maintain consistency, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
